Yoga teacher

About the role
We're looking for yoga teachers who love guiding people back to themselves. You'll lead classes, workshops and retreat sessions in beautiful natural settings around the world, creating a space where guests can slow down, move and connect.

What you'll do

Teach yoga classes and sessions for guests of all levels
Design flowing, mindful sequences that fit the setting and the group
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the first breath to the last
Work closely with our team to shape the overall guest experience

What we're looking for

Yoga teacher certification (Minimum RYT 200 or equivalent)
Experience teaching groups, ideally in retreat or workshop settings
A grounded, kind presence and good listening skills
Fluent English
Willingness to travel and work independently as a freelancer
Love for nature and community

Extra skills we love

Experience with breathwork, meditation or yin/restorative styles

Photographer

About the role
We're looking for a photographer who can capture the feeling of a place and its people: real moments, movement, nature and connection. You'll photograph retreats and events around the world.

What you'll do

Photograph retreats, wellness events, yoga sessions and guest experiences
Capture authentic, natural moments rather than staged ones
Adapt to different venues, groups and event styles
Edit and deliver polished images within agreed timelines
Create visual content for websites, social media and marketing
Work closely with organizers and our team to match the visual style of each event

What we're looking for

A strong portfolio showing event, retreat, lifestyle, travel or wellness photography
Experience shooting in natural light and outdoor environments
Skilled photo editing (e.g. Lightroom or similar)
Own professional camera equipment
Fluent English
Willingness to travel and work independently as a freelancer
Love for nature and community

Extra skills we love

Video and short-form content skills (Reels, TikTok)
Experience with drone photography
Previous work with retreat organizers, wellness or travel brands

Partnerships & Sales Manager

Location: remote
Type: Part-time, approx. 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: Base salary + commission on closed deals

About the role
We're looking for a driven partnerships and sales professional to help Innerwild grow. You'll build relationships with retreat organizers, hotels, wellness centers and brands, and take deals from first contact to signed partnership. You'll also create brand partnerships that fit the identity of each venue and enrich the guest experience. You'll have real influence on how our partnerships are built from the ground up.

What you'll do

Find and approach potential partners and clients
Build brand partnerships that align with the values and guest experience of partner hotels and wellness centers
Own the full sales process
Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
Represent Innerwild in a professional, warm and authentic way

What we're looking for

Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships or business development
Ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships
An existing network in wellness, travel, hospitality or retreats (a big plus)
Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently
Availability of approx. 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English
Love for wellness, nature and community

Extra skills we love

Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry
Background in PR, communications or brand partnerships
Experience selling retreat, venue or travel services
Additional languages
Experience with CRM tools
