You’ll sink into sound baths, ice baths, saunas, daily yoga, Balinese massage, and sacred ceremonies, all surrounded by the soothing rhythms of the wild. And just beyond the calm, Ubud’s vibrant markets, artisan cafés, and world-renowned wellness experiences await.

We believe wellness begins from within. Our natural, whole foods menu, crafted by holistic nutritionists, is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit with clean, vibrant, and delicious meals.

 

Fuel up on soul-hugging dishes (and yes, coconuts — always coconuts!). Every meal is thoughtfully balanced with protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, and nutrient-rich, locally sourced fruits and vegetables. Everything is made with care, intention, and flavor in mind, and we’re happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary preferences, so just let us  know what you need.

We begin with nourishing yoga, breathwork, and intuitive movement in the shala, followed by a wholesome tropical breakfast. Dive deep into self-discovery through guided workshops designed to support your inner growth.

Free to Be — Afternoon Me Time

The afternoon is yours to rest, roam, or recharge — nap, swim, journal, or explore nature. Optional massages and healing sessions are available for extra bliss.

Connect & Surrender — Sunset Onwards

As the sun sets, we gather. First, group meditation or a ceremony, then dinner. Evenings are for connection, laughter under the stars.
