Terms and Conditions 


We are a small independent business and each and every reservation is very important to us. Besides putting lots of love, time and energy in organising our retreats we also have to make non-recoverable payments in advance to make them happen, so please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Thank you!

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
When you sign up for Innerwild retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR, or 50% payment for the day retreats. Only once we have received your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. The 500 EUR or 50% deposit also count as a downpayment on your total amount.

We like to keep the groups small in order to have you the best experience individually but we do request to have minimum of 5 candidate registrations in order the retreats to be success and held. If for some reason we have not received the minimum requirement of retreat registrations in 4 weeks advance, the registerated candidates will have 100% refund from the deposit paid. 
 

THE REMAINDER PAYMENT
Please put a reminder in your calendar and make sure the remaining payment is on our account no later than 6 weeks before the retreat starts to hold your reservation, and for the day retreats 2 weeks in advance. If we do not receive your remainder payment on time, have no choice but to make your spot available again and you will forfeit your deposit.

 

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds for the remaining amount depend on when we receive the cancellation.
More than 6 weeks period: You can change your participation to another retreat within the same calendar year up to 6 weeks before the retreat date without additional costs. Note that this only applies if another retreat is actually available. In case of cancellation, the deposit of 500 EUR will be forfeited.
6-3 weeks period: Changes are no longer possible. Should you need to cancel between 6 and 3 weeks of the retreat date, you will forfeit the 500 EUR deposit and the rest will be refunded. 
3 weeks period: Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 21 days of the retreat date. 

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE 
Of course nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so we only allow guests with travel insurance that cover cancellations, including COVID and any other illness related cancellations. Furthermore, you participate the classes, hikes and workshops at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, exercises and excursions are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability. If you do not live in the country the retreat takes place, your are required to have international health insurance that also covers medical care and transport home if needed.

SORRY, BUT REALLY NO EXCEPTIONS
The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the work we will have to find a replacement or the risk of not finding one. Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including positively tested to COVID-19 or other health conditions, family or work emergencies, bad weather, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

COVID POLICY 
We believe that the best way to combat the virus is to get vaccinated and tested regularly. Now in 2023, we appreciate that there may be differing views and respect both decisions to get vaccinated or not. However, as the virus is still contagious and very present, and we take the health of our guests and team very seriously, we ask everyone to be as mindful as possible in the days leading up to the retreat to ensure a healthy, safe space for everyone. If we deem the number of incidents around the time our retreat is held to be alarming, we have the right to ask guests to perform a self-test before entering the retreat area.


PHONE USE, CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMERCE
This retreat is meant to invest in your personal life and not for your work/blog/website and any kind of promotion of products, brands or services. Professional digital camera's and video camera's are not allowed during your stay. Any content creation with a commercial background is not allowed. Phones during practices/yoga/meditation are not allowed. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not photograph any other guests unless they have given consent. Phone calls are not allowed in the house, please go to a remote area where you are sure not to disturb anyone. Thank you!

IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
If we can not host a retreat and we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a 100% refund. However Innerwild by V Flow is not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. 

OUR RIGHTS
Innerwild by V Flow reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, no refunds given.
Innerwild by V Flow reserves the right to keep a guest liable if she brings damage to the house, nature or belongings.
Innerwild by V Flow reserves the right the change the program, teachers or team members at all times.
