Innerwild provides retreat planning, marketing and facilitation services to hotels, retreat centres and other hospitality partners. Innerwild does not sell accommodation or travel packages directly to consumers.

OUR ROLE
Innerwild works as an external retreat and wellness partner. Our services may include retreat concept development, programme planning, marketing, participant acquisition and facilitation.
The hotel, retreat centre or other hosting partner remains responsible for the accommodation, venue, meals and any other services it provides to guests.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
All guest bookings and payments are made directly to the hotel, retreat centre or other hosting partner. Innerwild does not collect or process payments from retreat participants.
The terms relating to guest bookings, cancellations, refunds and other consumer matters are therefore determined by the hosting partner and communicated to guests directly.
INNERWILD'S SERVICES
The scope, pricing and payment terms for Innerwild's services are agreed separately with the hosting partner. The hosting partner is responsible for paying Innerwild for the agreed services in accordance with the separate cooperation agreement.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Any changes or cancellations relating to a guest's booking are handled directly by the hotel, retreat centre or other hosting partner according to their own booking terms and conditions.
Innerwild may make reasonable changes to the retreat programme, facilitators or schedule when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITY
The hosting partner is responsible for the services it provides directly to guests, including accommodation, facilities, meals and other hospitality services.
Innerwild is responsible only for the services that it has separately agreed to provide to the hosting partner.
